Yes, we can. Trilateral transport is our specialty. Although we have many internal branches in Southeast Asia, we also possess a global network spanning the Americas, Europe, Oceania, and more. In February 2022, we established a European branch in Spain, tasked with overseeing not only Spain but all European countries.

Before the ship arrives, our Los Angeles office will issue an A/N (Arrival Notice and Invoice).
There will be no problem if the current customs agent continues to handle customs clearance and delivery on the Japanese side.

First of all, please understand that international transport operations and domestic customs clearance operations are completely different processes.

The day before the cargo arrives, we email an A/N (Arrival Notice and Invoice) to the importer and customs broker.
Once the customs broker pays us for the cargo, we then arrange for the cargo to be released.
Customs brokers typically charge importers a flat rate, including duties, excise taxes and ocean freight charges.
